FAQ

Do you work with clients outside of EU and the U.S.?

Our services are designed to serve clients around the world. Thanks to new EU regulations, we are now able to work with clients from different jurisdictions, as European courts have expanded the scope of legal instruments to include foreign parties outside their jurisdiction. This expansion has made it easier for us to assist clients around the world and offer comprehensive solutions tailored to their specific needs.

What personal information will you need to start working on my case?

We will only need your passport or a copy of your ID card to prepare a claim and conduct proceedings on your behalf. We will never ask for account information such as passwords or private keys.

How do you accept payments?

For your convenience, we offer various payment options including bank transfer, ACH transfer, credit card and cryptocurrency (BTC | ETH | BNB | USDC).

How much does it cost to consult with the firm?

WhiteCase provides a free consultation through our dedicated Help Desk, available Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm. To schedule a call, an initial assessment of your case's eligibility is required.

Do you take upfront payment or do you work on a contingent payment basis?

Our company does not take any prepayments from clients. We work on the principle of conditional payment upon closing of proceedings. Our company's commission is 10% of successful closing and recovery of funds, or a fixed 2500 USD for cases related to registration, defense or establishment.

Do you provide assistance with other types of online fraud?

We specialize in cryptocurrency and blockchain fraud, but we also work with other types of online fraud such as Forex fraud, phishing fraud or tax fraud.

I know several people who have suffered a major fraud or hack. Can WhiteCase provide collective assistance?

On a rare occasion. WhiteCase accepts clients primarily on an individual basis and does not handle class action lawsuits. If more than one person has been victimized by a similar fraud, each case will be handled individually.

Is my privacy safe with WhiteCase?

We encrypt the storage of our entire database, associated backups and transaction log files. This security feature includes the use of what is known as “transparent data encryption”. The encryption uses the industry standard AES-256 symmetric encryption key, validated to the FIPS 140-2 standard. This key is protected by a certificate that is renewed at least every 90 days. This approach is a requirement of many industry standards (HIPAA, PCI).
